Why are your prices so affordable?

My goal is to provide a service at an affordable price for ANY economic background. 

How do I schedule an appointment?

Please fill out the contact form (be as detailed as possible)

How far in advance should I schedule an appointment?

24 hours (up to 1 year for weddings)

What locations are available?

Contact Me (I'm also open to suggestions) 

When is the best time to shoot (time of day)?

I prefer early mornings to avoid crowds and get the best lighting, but I'm available from sun up to sun down.

Can I change clothes during the shoot?

Yes of course, but this time is subtracted from the session.

What are the best colors to wear?

Anything that doesn't blend into the background. Bright colors really pop.

How do I reschedule/when?

Email me at least 24 hours ahead. 

What happens if it rains?

We can reschedule with no penalty.

Are there any additional cost?

Nope. All cost are paid upfront. I don't like surprises and you don't either.

What are light edits?

Lighten, brighten, crop, rotate, sharpen, contrast, saturation, noise reduction, color correction, shadows....... I do not photoshop/alter images (change hair color/remove people...)

Do I get any edits?

Yes.

How many edits do I get?

For every 60mins we spend together you get 10 edits of your choice. (EX. 90min = 15 edits)

How many pictures will I get?

There is no set number. Normal 60mins 200-500 shots

How will I receive my pictures?

Dropbox. You do not need an account.

How soon can I expect my pictures?

Same day by midnight.

How soon can I expect my edits?

3-5 days. Same day if I have time.

Do you offer prints?

No.

Will you help with posing?

Yes of course.

Can I bring my dog(s)?

Yes I love animals.

Is there a cancellation fee?

Yes 50%. Unfortunately when you cancel (for reasons other than weather), you potentially take a slot out of my calendar that another client may have requested, but was denied.

Will you select the "best" photos?

No. I have hundreds of clients and 1000's of images. I don't have the time to do so unfortunately. Plus I want to edit YOUR favorite images.

Will my pictures go on your website?

Yes unless you request them not to be. There is a $10 fee to not have your images published. If everybody requested that I not publish their images, I wouldn't have a portfolio for you to see, and then you wouldn't have a reason to hire me :) 

Do you take same day appointments?

Yes.

Where can I find your schedule?

I do not post my schedule online. Contact me via email.

Are you open to location suggestions?

Yes of course. I love new locations.

Can I bring props?

Yes. They make for great pictures.

Do you provide props?

No, but I would suggest Party City, Amazon or Etsy.

Can I bring examples of photos to emulate/copy?

Yes of course. Other photographers pictures do not offend me, they inspire me.

Do you have a studio?

No but we can rent one.

Can I call you?

Sure. Lindsey 845-926-2111. I screen all of my calls, so please leave a detailed message and I will get right back. (please have your questions ready)

What is the best method of communication?

Email.

Is there a rescheduling fee?

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Yes but there will be a 50% fee. Unfortunately when you cancel/reschedule (for reasons other than weather), you potentially take a slot out of my calendar, that another client may have requested.

Do you accept tips/gratuity?

Yes of course. Tips are very much appreciated but NEVER expected. I accept cash, Paypal, Chase Quickpay, or you can simply use the tip feature on my site.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Only for weddings or events over $250

Any tips for what to do?

Be yourself and have fun. Live in the moment and don't overthink it.

Im running late, what should I do?

Text me. Lindsey 845-926-2111. I understand people run late (5-10mins) sometimes, but extreme tardiness will be deducted from your appointment. Remember I have other clients, and you paid for my time. Take driving, traffic, parking, bus/train schedules, detours ...... into consideration beforehand. If google maps says 20mins to location, pretend like it says 45mins.

Do I need to confirm my appointment?

Yes. I suggest two days before.
